Rates and terms of service for invoices in EUR:

Translations: about EUR 0.12 per word. We normally base word count on source text when the source is in electronic format, on target text when the source is on paper or fax. We will examine a sample before confirming an assignment. Special discounts for electronic source documents (MS Word, .txt, .rtf, .asc, etc.), and for volume (inquire).

Editorial work: EUR 50/hr, including proofreading, abstracting and special formatting and almost all non-translation work.

Interpreting: EUR 50/hr, or EUR 500/day, plus expenses (currently available in Italian only).

Consulting: EUR 55/hr off-site (our location); EUR 450/day on-site (your location), plus expenses.

General terms: Usually cash net 30 days from date of invoice (per EU Directive 2000/35 CE)

Minimum charge is usually EUR 60.00.

Wire transfer charges may be additional.

Scriptor Services LLC can accept Visa® or MasterCard® through paypal.com (to accounting@scriptorservices.com).

All rates and charges are negotiable. For training or for unusual or very large jobs, ask for a quote. We confirm all terms with a job estimate, so you can feel comfortable about what you have ordered.
